Condominium living differs significantly from private home ownership. Although you own your (unit) home, there are certain elements that are common to all homeowners. Your actions can and often will have a direct effect on your neighbors.
The Timberline Board of Managers is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the “common areas” such as lawns, roadways, building exteriors and the pool within the Timberline development. Owners are responsible for maintaining their own units including windows, exterior doors, plumbing, dryer vents, fire places (where applicable) and heating and ventilation systems. Any alterations, specifically, windows, entry doors, garage doors, and decks & balconies require Board Approval.
No modifications can be made without written approval from the Timberline Board.
